Pirates Of Kitchen

Our place is situated in the Club House at Hiranandani Estate, which is off Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. It’s a bit quieter here than on the main highway, which is nice. Most of the people who come in are actually living in the estate, so we know a lot of them by name. It’s not like a high street restaurant where you see strangers all the time. The atmosphere is more like a neighborhood kitchen. We handle the cooking and the cleaning, and we’ve got a view of some of the greenery and the little playground nearby. The space is quite open because it's part of the club house building. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we started at this location. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and start prepping for the day. Sometimes the fridge acts up or we have to wait for a plumber to fix a sink, just the usual stuff that happens in any kitchen. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit chaotic when a lot of people show up at once after a local swimming or tennis event at the club. The furniture is practical and we don't worry too much about having the latest trends. We just want a place where people can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. It is a steady way to live and work for all of us.
