Our workplace for Phi Robotics is at A-66 in the Shrirang Society, just off Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg here in Thane West. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because it’s tucked away a little from the main road noise. We work on robotics and automation stuff, which sounds complicated but to us, it’s just our daily grind. We have a lot of electronics, wires, and parts scattered across the tables. It’s more of a lab or a workshop than a typical office. We spend a lot of time testing things and then realizing we have to start over because a small part didn’t work. It takes a lot of patience, and sometimes we get frustrated when a piece of code or a motor doesn't behave. Most of us are just tech people who like building things. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just huddle around a workbench and try to figure things out together. The neighborhood is okay, and there are some good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. We’ve been here for a bit now and it suits us just fine. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to make machines that actually do what they are told. It’s a lot of trial and error and drinking way too much tea while looking at circuit boards. The days go by fast when you are trying to solve puzzles in the lab. It is a good way to spend the week.
