Pauhnchar Restaurant Llp

This place is a bit different from most restaurants because it is actually located at Mr. Nitin Patil’s own house in Datiwali. We are right near the TMC school in the Diwa area of Thane. Pauhnchar Restaurant Llp is a real local operation run by people who live right here. We do not have a big glass storefront in a fancy mall. It is more of a community thing for us. People know where we are because they live in the same neighborhood. We cook the kind of food we grew up eating at home. It is a lot of work running a professional kitchen out of a residential area, but it feels much more personal that way. The smells of the spices usually drift out into the street and let everyone know we are cooking. We get a lot of people stopping by after school or on their way home from work. Sometimes we run out of space and people have to wait outside on the porch, but nobody seems to mind it much. We do the food shopping at the local market every single morning to see what is fresh and good that day. It is just us and a couple of local helpers making sure the plates are full and the customers are happy. We do not have a fancy website or any of that. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning.
