We are located over at Plot No-W-30 in the M.I.D.C. Phase-II area of Dombivali East. If you know Manpada Road, we aren't hard to find. It’s an engineering shop, so don't expect it to be very clean or quiet. There is always someone welding or grinding something down. Patco Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been in this spot for quite a bit. We do a lot of metal work and mechanical stuff. The guys on the floor usually have grease on their hands by nine in the morning. It’s just the way it is here. Sometimes the heat in the shed gets a bit much, especially in the afternoon, but we manage. We’ve got some heavy machines that have been with us for years. They still work fine if you know how to talk to them. We handle a lot of different jobs, some small and some that take up the whole floor space. People from other units in the MIDC often drop by to borrow a tool or ask for a bit of help with a part. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We don’t have a big reception area or a fancy sign out front. Most people just walk in through the main gate and find whoever they need to talk to. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving out the gate. The paperwork stays in the back room and we try to keep it simple.
