Our place is tucked away in Shashi Villa Chs, which is right on R.P Road in Tilak Nagar. If you know Dombivli East, you know how crowded it gets around here, especially during the rush hours. We operate Parthsarathi Catering Services Private Limited from this spot. It’s a busy residential area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and checking the stock we got from the local markets. It’s a lot of work to keep everything moving, but we’ve been at it for a while now. The building is a typical housing society, nothing flashy, just where we live and work. We have a small team here, mostly local people who know the shortcut lanes around Dombivli to avoid the main road traffic when we have to go out. The kitchen gets pretty warm by noon, so we usually take a small break then before the evening rush starts again. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy reception desks. Most of our coordination happens over the phone or just shouting across the room to each other. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the fans going and everyone talking at once. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets to where it’s supposed to be. It’s a simple life, mostly involving a lot of cleaning, chopping, and packing. There is always a stray cat or two hanging around the back door.
