You can find us in Kandivali East, specifically in Thakur Village at G-1 to G-5. It is a decent-sized shop compared to some of the others in the block. We spend the whole day stretching dough and putting toppings on. The ovens are the heart of the place and they make the whole room smell like bread. I work with a small crew of three other guys. We have those standard tables and benches where families sit on the weekends. It gets loud when the kids are around, but we are used to it. The floor is tile and we have to mop it several times a day because flour gets everywhere. Thakur Village is a busy place, so there are always delivery bikes parked out front. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Sometimes the order printer gets stuck and we have to write things down by hand, which slows us down a bit. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some posters about the food we serve. The air conditioner is usually on full blast because the heat from the kitchen is quite a bit. It is a practical place to get a meal. We aren't trying to be anything more than a pizza shop for the people around here. We stay open until ten at night and then we clean everything for the next day. It is what it is, just a simple job.
