Palande Hotels & Resorts Private Limited has its office in Mira Road East. We are located in Shop-5 on the ground floor of Rushabh Tower, which is B24/25. This is right in the Gokul Village Shanti Park area. It is a busy residential neighborhood, so there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by our door. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that happens on the street. It is a small shop space that we converted into our main office for the hotel business. Mira Road is a fast-paced place, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us handling the day-to-day operations. The office is pretty cramped with all our files and computers, but we make it work. We have been in Thane for a long time, and this spot in Shanti Park is easy for everyone to find. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day, from the local vendors to the kids playing nearby. It isn't a quiet office, but it is a productive one. We spend our hours here talking to vendors and managing our resort schedules. It is a very practical setup. No one is wearing a tie here, and we don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home.
