P. A. Bhat

We are located at Suvidhi Darshan C. H. S. Limited, specifically in unit A- 104. Our building is situated on Patharli Road, which is in the Namdeo Patilwadi area. It is a residential society, so it has a much quieter feel than a main commercial street. P. A. Bhat has been here for a good while. The office is basically a converted flat, which makes it feel quite comfortable and lived-in. You have to walk through the main gate of the society and past the watchman to get to us. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lift works most of the time. Inside, we have our desks arranged in what used to be the living room. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the folders and paperwork we have accumulated over the years. We can hear the neighbors' kids playing outside in the evenings, which is quite nice actually. The neighborhood is mostly families, so there are grocery stores and milk booths just around the corner. Patharli Road gets a bit busy during school hours, but otherwise, it is a peaceful spot. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and we are right there. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We like being part of a housing society because it feels less like a cold office and more like a part of the community.
