Orient Overseas Container Mfrs.

We are located at number 19 in the Rajtilak Industrial Estate. It’s out in the Chinchpada area of Vasai. Vasai is quite a bit of a trek for some, but for making containers, we need the space we have here. Orient Overseas Container Mfrs. is where we spend our days. It’s a loud place because of all the metal work. There is a lot of banging and welding sounds coming from our unit. We make big containers, so the space is usually filled with steel and parts. It’s not the cleanest work, our clothes usually have some sparks or dust on them by the end of the day. The estate is a bit dusty too, with all the trucks coming in and out. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a long time. There isn't much to see if you come visit, just a lot of work in progress. Chinchpada has a lot of businesses like ours, so we are in good company. We don't have a big corporate office or a website team. We just answer the phone and do the work. The sun can beat down pretty hard on the roof in the summer, making it hot inside, but we just keep the doors open and carry on. It’s a simple, hardworking life we have out here in Vasai.
