Omco Oil Seal Manufacturing is located in our own building, the Omco Building, on Chhitabhai Patel road in Kandivali East. We are quite close to the Best Depot, which makes it easy for our staff and visitors to find us. This place is mainly about manufacturing. We make oil seals, which isn't the most exciting thing to talk about, but they are necessary for so many machines. The building usually has the sound of machinery running in the background. It is a dusty, hands-on kind of environment. We have been at this for many years. We do not have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we are just engineers and workers. The office part is small because most of the space is for the actual making of the seals. We check the quality of each batch because we do not want things failing once they leave the shop. Kandivali East is a busy hub for this kind of work. We get deliveries of raw materials and ship out crates of finished seals every week. It is a steady rhythm we have grown used to. People who need seals for their engines or industrial equipment know our building. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make parts that work like they are supposed to. It is a practical business run by people who know their tools. We have been here a long time and plan to stay.
