Nutech Engineering Technologies is situated in Kalyan, Maharashtra. Our office is in Babu Apartment, specifically Flat No 15. It’s a typical residential building where we have set up our engineering operations. Kalyan is a place where a lot of people live and work, and it’s well-connected to the rest of the region. Being in an apartment means the office feels a bit like a home. We have drafting tables and computers squeezed into the rooms. There is always a lot of technical talk going on, and sometimes the blueprints are spread out all over the floor because we ran out of desk space. It’s a very busy environment, especially when we have deadlines for engineering projects. The apartment building itself is quite standard for this part of Maharashtra. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people cooking—while we are trying to figure out technical specifications. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits us because it’s not as expensive as being in the middle of Mumbai. Flat 15 has become a bit of a hub for our small team. We don't have a fancy boardroom, so we usually just have our meetings in the kitchen area or around the main work table. It’s a straightforward way to work. We focus on the engineering side of things and don't worry too much about having a polished office look for visitors.
