We are based out of Kalwa, which is just over the bridge from Thane. Our office is on the first floor of Mauli Apartment. It's a bit different from a factory floor, more of where we handle the paperwork and the planning for our casting work. Kalwa is a crowded place, and finding parking near the apartment can be a real pain sometimes. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. It’s just a standard apartment converted into a workspace. You won't find any big signs or flashing lights. We mostly deal with vendors and clients who have known us for a long time. The commute to Thane is quick, which helps. Inside, it’s just desks, some files, and a few of us trying to keep things organized. Casting is a tough business, so having a quiet spot in Mauli Apartment helps us stay on top of the schedules. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the current projects. It feels like a small family here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out across the room. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. Most days are just about making sure the numbers match up and the deliveries are on time for our customers.
