Nishi Home Delites

We operate out of A-2/13 in Kandivali East. It is more of a home setup than a proper big store which is how we like it. Most of what we do happens right in our kitchen. We started Nishi Home Delites because we were always making things for friends and family anyway. Now we just do it for more people in the area. It can get a bit messy with flour and sugar everywhere when we have a lot of orders to finish. We do not have a storefront with big glass windows. You usually have to know where we are to find us. It is a quiet residential part of Kandivali so we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the oven runs all night if there is a big festival coming up. We handle everything ourselves from picking up ingredients to packing the boxes. It is just a small family thing really. We do not use any big machines, just what we have at home. This means things take a bit longer but that is just the way it works here. We like talking to our customers when they come to pick things up. It feels more personal that way. We are just trying to make a living doing something we actually know how to do well. There is usually someone around to help if you knock on the door during the day.
