We are based out of Rabale in the TTC MIDC Industrial Estate. The office is R-102. Netfarm Innovationsprivate Limited is kind of a mix of tech and farming ideas. Being in an industrial area like 400701 means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Inside, we are just trying to figure out better ways for things to work on farms. It is not always easy and we spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people. We are not some big corporate giant in a glass building. It is a regular workspace with desks and a lot of coffee. Navi Mumbai is a good spot for us because of the connections. Some days the ideas flow well, and other days we are just stuck fixing small problems that don't seem to end. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we know everything. We are just learning as we go. It is a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. From answering phones to testing out new things, we stay quite busy. It is practical work. We have been here in the MIDC for a while and the routine is pretty set. We just want to make stuff that actually helps people who are out there in the fields. It is a lot of trial and error here.
