We are located right on Padgha Road, at the spot known as Nawab Dhaba in Bhinar. If you're passing through, you can't miss the open space and the big sign. We are a traditional dhaba, so things are pretty straightforward here. We have a lot of land around the building, which we use for parking. Most of our day is spent in the heat of the kitchen or making sure the outdoor seating is tidy. It’s a dusty place because of the road, but that is just how it is. We serve a lot of people who are traveling long distances. Our staff is a small group of guys who know how to handle a rush when several buses pull in at once. We don't have a big office or a management team in suits. We just have a small corner with a desk and a ledger where we keep the accounts. The menu doesn't change much because people come here for the things we've always made. In the afternoons, when it's quiet, we usually sit on the string beds and rest for a bit. We don't use any fancy technology, just our hands and the clay ovens. It’s hard work, especially during the summer months when the air is thick. We stay open late into the night for the truckers who need a meal. It’s just a basic, honest place to eat and rest.
