We've been here in the Ajit Darshan Building for a while now. Most folks know us by the Teen Petrol Pump on Old Agra Road. It’s a busy spot in Naupada-thane West. We mostly just keep our heads down and cook. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but that's how it goes. People come in from the street, sometimes they're in a hurry, sometimes they stay a bit. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just tables, chairs, and the smell of the food. Living and working in Thane is alright, though the traffic on the road outside can get pretty loud during peak hours. We see the same faces every week, mostly locals who live nearby or work in the shops around here. Sometimes someone new pops in because they saw the sign while getting petrol. We just try to get the orders right and keep the place clean enough. Nothing too complicated. It's a small team here, just a few of us handling everything from the stove to the front. We don't really do much advertising. If you're walking down Old Agra Road, you'll see us. It's just a regular place to eat where we do things the way we've always done them. We open up in the morning, prep the vegetables, and get ready for whoever walks through the door. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we enjoy the routine of it all.
