N. Lata Engineering

Our shop is N. Lata Engineering. We are located at Navrang Naka in the MIDC area, Phase I, Dombivli East. Being in the MIDC means we’re surrounded by other factories and workshops. It’s a noisy, busy part of town. There’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines running nearby. Our place is no different. We’ve got our own equipment and a small space for the office part of the business. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We’ve been in Dombivli for quite a while. People know us as the place near Navrang Naka. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us because someone else told them to. We do general engineering stuff, whatever comes through the door. Some days it's just small repairs, other days it's bigger parts. We just take it as it comes. The heat in the summer can be a bit much in the workshop, but we keep the fans going. We're just a group of people who know how to work with machines. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk about what needs to get done and then we do it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We’ll be here at Phase I if you ever need anything made or fixed. That is just how we work.
