Mod N Modular

Working out of A-788 in the TTC Industrial Area is definitely different from being in a city center. Over here in MIDC, everything is about getting things built and moved out. Mod N Modular is right in the middle of all that industrial noise. You can hear the trucks rumbling past and the sounds of machinery from the neighboring units. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a fancy glass-fronted showroom with soft music. It’s more about the smell of cut wood and the sight of workers moving panels around. Most of my day is spent checking on the assembly or making sure the measurements are right. If you come by, you’ll see we have stacks of materials waiting to be turned into something useful. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know the rhythms of the industrial area well. Lunch usually happens at the small stalls nearby, and then it’s back to the workshop. It gets pretty hot under the roof in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay on schedule. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making sure the units are sturdy and the edges are clean. It’s honest work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at the same time, but we always figure it out. That is just how life goes when you are running a business in the heart of MIDC. It gets noisy but we like the pace.
