Jowat Adhesives India Pvt Ltd is over in CBD Belapur. Our office is 201-202 in the Shiv Chamber building, right in Sector-11. It’s a pretty standard commercial area. We deal with adhesives, which is a fancy way of saying we sell glue for industrial use. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but every industry needs it. The office is mostly desks, computers, and a few shelves with sample bottles and technical sheets. We spend a lot of time talking to factories about what kind of bond they need for their products. We’re part of a bigger company, but here in Belapur, it’s just a small team of us handling the local stuff. The building is usually busy with other businesses, so the elevators are always slow. We don't have a big showroom because we don't sell to the general public much. It’s mostly business-to-business stuff. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a lot of paperwork when you're moving chemical products around. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just know a lot about how things stick together. If someone has a problem with a glue line in their factory, they call us. We look at the specs and tell them what might work better. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We’ve been here in Sector-11 for a good while and it suits us fine.
