Decunha’S Modular Concepts is where we put together ideas for modular spaces. It’s an industrial setting, so it isn't exactly a quiet boutique. There is usually the sound of machinery or people moving crates around nearby. We have a decent space here where we can lay out our plans and see how things fit together. Our team is usually busy with measuring tapes and drawings. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us have been working in this field for years, so we just get on with it. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed in this spot. We like the grit of the industrial area. It feels like real work is happening here every single day. We don't have a marketing department writing brochures. Usually, we are too busy checking on the latest assembly or talking to the guys on the floor. People come to see us because they know the address. Finding us involves navigating some of the back roads here, but once you arrive, you’ll see we are just a group of people focused on building things that work well. It’s practical and sometimes a little messy, but it’s our way of doing things. We stay focused on the task at hand and keep things simple.
