Mihir Industries

Mihir Industries is based out of Plot Number 782/9 in the Digvijya Industrial Estate. We are situated on Pokhran Road Number 1, over in the Upvan area of Thane West. This part of Thane has always been industrial, and we’ve been here for a long time now. The estate itself is a bit older, so you’ll see some cracked pavement and old buildings, but it has a lot of character. We do various types of industrial work and manufacturing. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We wear our work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. The machines we use are loud and they’ve been with us for years. They still work great, though. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that; we just talk to each other if there’s a problem. During the monsoon season, the rain really pours down on the roof and it gets quite noisy inside, but we just keep working. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, other businesses in the estate or around Thane just know who we are and what we can do. It’s a straightforward way of working. We just want to do our jobs, earn our pay, and go home to our families at night. That's how it's been for years.
