We are located in the MIDC TTC Industrial Area in Turbhe, right off the Thane Belapur Road at D-29/1. This part of Navi Mumbai is always moving and shaking. There’s a constant flow of trucks and workers going to and from the nearby stations. We deal with equipment here at Monel Equipments Pvt. Ltd., so our floor is full of heavy parts and the constant smell of machine oil. It’s a big, open space that gets quite loud when the fabrication work is going on in the afternoon. The roof is high, which helps a bit with the heat, but when the monsoon hits, the sound of the rain on the metal sheets is almost deafening. We have a team that knows their way around a welding machine and a lathe. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the world; we just want to make sure the equipment we send out actually works for the people who buy it. Most of our workers have been here for a decade or more, so there’s a lot of experience on the floor. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos. If you come by the workshop, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust. We take our breaks together and talk about the local trains or the price of groceries. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get it done properly.
