Meradutta Engineering & Fabrication

We set up Meradutta Engineering & Fabrication at Shop No.1 in the Deepak Cooperative Housing Society. It's a small shop on Plot No.7B in Sector-6, right here in Kopar Khairne. It’s mostly just us working with metal and doing fabrication jobs for people around here. The shop isn’t very big, so things can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of steel sitting around. We started out just doing small repairs and it grew from there. Now we take on all sorts of engineering tasks that come through the door. You’ll usually hear the sound of welding or grinding if you walk by during the day. We try to keep things organized but in this line of work, there’s always dust and scraps. We don’t have a receptionist or anyone to answer phones all day, so if we’re busy with a machine, we might miss a call. Most of our customers are locals who know where we are. We like being part of the community in Sector-6. It’s a decent area to work in and people are friendly. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure parts fit and structures are solid. It’s hard work, and your hands stay dirty most of the time, but it’s what we know how to do. No big corporate goals here, just making a living and doing a decent job for the folks who hire us.
