Madhunil Engg Services is tucked away in Mumbra, Thane. We’re on the second floor of the Al-Sabah Apartment, specifically Building No. 2, Room 201/B. Moti Baug is the local area, and if you know Kausa, you know it’s a packed, vibrant part of town. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix. Our office is where the engineering side of things gets sorted out. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don’t mind the exercise. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by technical drawings and service manuals. Mumbra is a unique place to work; it’s loud, crowded, and full of life. We fit right in. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just focus on the engineering services we provide. Some days are smoother than others. When the monsoon hits, the streets can get a bit flooded, but we still make it in to get the work done. We’re practical people. We don’t talk about missions or visions. We just talk about how to fix things or how to get a job finished on time. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s our home base and it works for us. We just try to be helpful and do the job right the first time.
