Our place is over in Nerul, specifically in Kukshet Gaon on the first floor of Plot 157. If you are familiar with Navi Mumbai, Sector 14 is a pretty active spot. We set up Madhavi Food And Hospitality Private Limited because we had a bit of an interest in the food scene around here. It isn’t a huge operation, just a regular space where we get things done. Dealing with hospitality means there is always something going wrong or something that needs fixing immediately. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk looking at schedules. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot, and being in a spot like Kukshet Gaon gives you a mix of the old village feel and the new city buildings. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hours, but that’s just part of living in Thane-400706. We keep it simple. There are no fancy suits here or big boardrooms. We usually just have our meetings over a quick cup of tea in the office. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle the paperwork and the planning for the food side right from this floor. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, but we just take it one day at a time. That’s pretty much what we do and where we are.
