M S Jacobs Engineering I Pvt Ltd is situated in the Wagle Estate area of Thane. If you know Thane, you know Wagle Estate is where a lot of the industrial and technical work happens. We are on the second floor of the Dharmveer Anand CHS, specifically unit D-74. It’s on Road No. 7 in Jay Maharashtra Nagar. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but that’s just Thane for you. Our office is pretty functional. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office equipment. We do a lot of engineering support and technical planning. The people here have been working in this field for a long time, so they know their stuff. We don’t spend time on fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. We just sit down, look at the requirements, and get to work. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy because there are other businesses nearby, but we just close the door and focus. We usually have a small tea break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just think being practical is the way to go. If something can be fixed simply, that’s how we do it. We are just a local team trying to do good work in a busy industrial part of town. Our address is easy to find once you get into the estate.
