We operate out of a ground floor spot at Radha Krishna Niwas in Bhatwadi. It is located in Kisan Nagar Number 3, right in the Wagle Estate area of Thane. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier for people to stop by and for us to move things in and out throughout the day. Cement is a heavy business, as anyone who has ever worked with it knows. We aren't the main factory or a giant warehouse, just this local office handling things for this part of Thane. It gets pretty noisy around Wagle Estate, but that is just the way industrial areas are. We spend our time talking to builders and regular people who are working on their own houses. There is always a thin layer of dust on the desks no matter how much we clean, but that is just part of the job. We don't go in for fancy meetings or anything like that. Most of our conversations happen over a quick cup of chai while we are looking at order forms. We have been in this neighborhood long enough that we know most of the regulars by name. We aren't here to give you a long sales pitch. If you need cement for a project, we are the ones you talk to in this part of town. It is straightforward, and we try to keep our paperwork in order so things don’t get delayed for the construction crews.
