Cemix Concrete

Cemix Concrete is based out of Village Ghodbunder in Dist Thane. Specifically, you can find us at Survey No 8, Hissa No. 1, Part B. It is right near Mira Road, which can get pretty crowded with traffic most mornings and evenings. Our yard is usually a bit wet because of the concrete mixing process, so everyone wears heavy boots. We have a few big mixers running quite often. The noise is something you just get used to after a week or two of working here. Being in Ghodbunder means we are close to a lot of construction sites, so we see the same drivers coming in and out all the time. It is a tight-knit group of workers here. We do not have a big corporate sign, just the gate and the equipment. Sometimes the mud from the trucks gets all over the entrance, but we try to spray it down when we have a spare minute. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the landmark, but once you see the silos, you know you are in the right place. We just focus on mixing the batches and getting them onto the trucks. There is not much time for sitting around when the orders are coming in. We like being in this part of Thane because it’s where all the building is happening. It is a busy life for us here at the village site.
