Grasim Industries Limited (Ultretech Cement)

We are set up at Mangesh Apartments, which is right behind Birla College on Gauri Pada Road. This is in Kalyan West, part of the bigger Thane district. Being near a college means there’s always a lot of energy and people around, mostly students and local shops. Our office is in Flat 10, so it’s a residential-style building which is common for businesses around here. We work on the Ultratech Cement side for Grasim. The commute to Kalyan can be a bit of a struggle with the trains and the traffic on Gauri Pada Road, but we make it work every day. Inside the office, it’s mostly files and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to sites and builders. It gets a bit loud when the college lets out, but we are used to the noise by now. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just provide a point of contact for cement in this area. The space is a bit tight sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but it's home for our team. We know the local tea stalls and the shortcuts to the station quite well. It’s just a regular Kalyan life, balancing the work and the crowds while keeping the cement moving. There is always something to do, whether it is filing papers or checking on a shipment that is running late.
