We operate out of Kusumba Building Number 13, specifically in Flat 303. It’s right there in Vasant Vihar on Pokhran Road Number 2. Being in Thane West means things are usually moving fast, but our little spot in the building stays fairly quiet. We started this hospitality thing just because we liked the idea of managing spaces for people. Since we’re in a flat, it’s not some big corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us sitting around the table, taking calls and sorting out schedules. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to walk up to the third floor, but that's life in a regular apartment block. We deal with all sorts of requests every day. Most of our work involves making sure the places we look after are ready for whoever is coming next. It takes a lot of coordination and some long hours on the phone. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people; we just talk like we normally do. Vasant Vihar is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over time. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, and we like it that way. No big fuss, just staying on top of the work and making sure everything gets done by the end of the day.
