Lucky Biryani

If you are walking down New Link Road in Oshiwara, you might see Lucky Biryani. We are tucked into Vaibhav Palace, specifically Shop No 4 and 5 in the A Wing. It’s right across from Mega Mall, which makes it a landmark most people in Mumbai know. The area stays pretty active late into the evening. We spend most of our time in the kitchen. It’s hot work but someone has to do it. The pots are always going. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The 400102 pin code area is always moving. People come in from the mall or the nearby offices. It gets loud sometimes when the lunch crowd hits. We aren't a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. It's a more relaxed vibe here. We focus on the food and not much else. Sometimes we run out of certain things early if the day is particularly busy. We try to guess how much we need, but you never really know. The tables are usually full on the weekends. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. It's like a small family in here. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people just walk in because they are nearby. Vaibhav Palace is a busy building. We like being part of the Oshiwara scene. It’s a good spot to be. Just a regular shop making food for the neighborhood.
