Our office is tucked away in the Tulsi Vihar building, which is over in Ramnagar, Dombivli East. If you know the area, you know Chiplunkar Road is always moving. We are in shop 1/5, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re walking from the station side. Dombivli has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at property papers and talking to people who want to move further out or find something bigger for their kids. The real estate market here is a bit of a headache sometimes with all the prices changing, but we just stay in our lane and handle the deals as they come. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for clients to show up for site visits. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a flat that doesn’t cost a fortune, which is getting harder to find these days in Ramnagar. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just a couple of us who know the local streets and which buildings are decent.
