Lad Industries

If you ever find yourself near the Oshiwara Bridge in Goregaon West, you might stumble upon Yar Mohammed Compound. That’s where Lad Industries is tucked away. It’s a bit of a maze in the Boriwala Estate, with lots of small workshops and people carrying loads back and forth. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for what we do. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise as everyone in the compound gets their machines going. It’s a tight-knit place where everyone knows each other’s business. We don't have a big reception area or a sign that lights up. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially under the tin roofs, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. Sometimes the traffic on the bridge makes it hard for deliveries to get through on time, which can be a real headache. We just deal with it as it comes. It's an honest living. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to do our manufacturing work properly and go home to our families. It’s just us, working hard in a crowded corner of Mumbai. We hope to stay in this location for many more years to come and keep our customers happy with the results.
