Koriandder Vegetarian Delicasy

We are located in Shop Number 1 at the Akanksha Society in Thane West. It’s pretty easy to spot us because we are right next to the Dominos Open House. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people living in the society pretty well. We decided to stick to vegetarian food because that’s what we know best and what we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days are a mix of regular customers coming in for their usual and some new faces who wandered in because the pizza place next door was too crowded. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just put the menu out front and hope the food speaks for itself. The tables are usually full around dinner time, so it gets a bit lively in here. Our staff tries their best to keep up with the orders, even when the phone won't stop ringing for deliveries. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we like the energy. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the recipes. Just good, honest food without any meat.
