Kitti Caterers Private Limited

Kitti Caterers Private Limited is based out of Flat No 606, Bldg No.17, in Marigold Regency. This is part of the Anantam complex in Kalyan Dombivli East. It’s a nice area, though the commute can be a bit much sometimes. We run our catering business from this flat. It might seem strange to some people to have a business in a residential building, but it works for us. We spend our time planning menus and coordinating with staff. The kitchen is always busy, especially on weekends. We try to be quiet so we don't bother the other people living in Marigold Regency. Kalyan Dombivli is a place where people celebrate a lot of things, so there is always a need for someone to cook. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s hard work and the hours are long. You won't find us in fancy suits. We are usually in our aprons, dealing with vegetable deliveries or checking on the rice. The flat gets quite warm when the stoves are going, but that is just part of the job. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs a meal for fifty people, we figure out how to do it. It’s just us doing our best with what we have here in Building 17. We like being part of the local community in Anantam.
