King'S Empire Restaurants Llp

We set up King'S Empire Restaurants Llp a while back and mostly work out of our place at Flat No 1740 in the Delta Vrindavan complex. If you know Mira Road, you know the Delta Garden area is pretty busy these days. We are on the 17th floor of F Wing, which is quite high up, though the office work happens there while the actual food side of things keeps us moving elsewhere. It isn’t some fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a spot where we figure out the menus and handle the paperwork for the restaurants. My cousin helps out with the accounts and we usually have tea while going over the receipts. The internal road here gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We started this because we liked the idea of feeding people good stuff without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Dealing with suppliers and making sure the kitchen staff is happy takes up most of the day. Some days are just about fixing a broken fridge or finding a new vegetable vendor. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything. We just try to keep things running so the food goes out on time. Sometimes the lift in F wing takes forever, but that's just how it is living and working in a big building like this one. We've been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s just us doing our thing here in Mira Road.
