KIAN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT LLP

Kian Hospitality Management LLP is based in Nerul, over in Thane. We are located on the 3rd floor of Alaknanda Society, in building A1. Our sector is 19A. If you know the 400706 area, you know it is a residential part of town that has grown a lot. We aren't some huge firm with offices in every city. We are just here in Alaknanda Society doing our work. Hospitality management is a lot of back-and-forth, dealing with people and properties. We do most of that from our 3rd-floor office. It is a simple space, nothing too fancy or modern. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. Being an LLP means we work closely together as a small team. We don't have a corporate ladder or anything like that. We just do what needs to be done to keep the business moving. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is just part of life here. We like being in Nerul because it is a bit more relaxed than the center of Mumbai, but it still has plenty of energy. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on managing things properly from our little corner of Thane. It is hard work, but it is what we know. We are just trying to keep the business steady.
