Our office is tucked away in B-36 of Premnagar Co-operative Housing Society in Thane East. Being in a residential society means we are right in the middle of the community. You see people going for their morning walks or heading to the market while we are opening up the office. It’s a simple setup. We deal with various aspects of the hotel business from here, managing the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see when they visit a property. Thane East has its own vibe, a bit quieter than the West side but still very active during the day. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighbors are used to seeing us. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has wooden desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small kettle for making tea. We spend our days on the phone or working through a lot of paperwork. It can get a bit cluttered when things are busy and the files start piling up. We don't have a fancy corporate culture here. We just talk like regular people and treat each other with respect. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we wrap up and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don't need a high-rise building to do what we do. This small corner of Thane is just fine for us and our work.
