Kalyan Food Corner

You’ll find our shop at the Desai Shopping Centre, right on the ground floor. We are situated in the Bail Bazar area of Kalyan City, which is quite a landmark here. If you know where the Zojwala Petrol Pump is, we are just near that. This is a small food corner, not a big dining hall. Quick bites and meals that people can eat on the go are what we focus on. It’s a lively spot, especially in the evenings when the market is full. A few items in particular are what we are known for in the neighborhood. High-end equipment isn't used here, just the basic stoves and pans. Ingredients come from the local market daily. 421301 is where we operate. We’ve been here long enough that we know the names of the people who live in the flats nearby. Running a food stall in Thane means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but the energy is good. There is no marketing department here. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s basically our plan. The place is kept as clean as we can and we try to get the food out quickly. It’s a simple business model. We open up, cook, serve, and go home. That’s how it works for us. Presentation isn't fancy, we just put it on the plate and let you eat. People seem to like that just fine because they keep showing up day after day.
