Shri Radhe Krishna Catering Service

We run Shri Radhe Krishna Catering Service out of our place in Balaji Apartment. It’s B/604 in the building at Duttwadi, over in Kharigaon Kalwa. The kitchen is always busy, especially on weekends. You can smell the spices from the hallway most mornings. It started small, just cooking for a few neighbors, and then more people started asking. We aren't a big hotel or anything like that. It’s just us making food that tastes like home. We spend a lot of time cleaning vegetables and getting the masalas right. The containers are stacked up near the door ready to go out. Sometimes the delivery guys are late and we get a bit stressed, but the food is always hot. We handle weddings, small parties, or just regular tiffin orders. People know where to find us in Kalwa. It’s a bit crowded in the flat when we have a big order, but we manage. My hands usually smell like garlic or coriander by the end of the day. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. We just make what we know how to make well. It's honest work. If we say the food will be there at noon, we try our best. Sometimes traffic in Kharigaon is bad, but that's life. We just keep our pots bubbling and our orders moving. It’s been our daily routine for quite some time now, and we just take it one meal at a time.
