You can find us at G 302 in the Siddhivinayak Apartments, which is part of the Deshmukh Homes complex in Dombivali East. We are located right near the Tata Power House, which is a big landmark in this area and makes it easy for people to find their way to us. The apartment complex is a busy place with many families living around us. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a breeze and a decent view of the surrounding neighborhood. Josts Engineering Company Ltd is run out of this space in a very straightforward manner. We have our equipment and desks set up in the main rooms, and the atmosphere is pretty casual. It’s not uncommon to hear the sounds of the neighborhood—vendors calling out on the street or the hum of the power house nearby. We like being in Dombivali East because it feels connected to the rest of the region without being right in the middle of the Mumbai chaos. The building has a lift, which is helpful when we have to bring things up to G 302. We don’t have a fancy office setup with glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards and some of our neighbors by name. When the monsoon hits, we can watch the rain clouds roll in from our balcony. It’s a very honest, local way to go about our business in this part of town.
