Our office is located in D/11 at Ambika Palace, which is right on Tandon Path in Ram Nagar. If you know Dombivli East, you know it's a busy place. We manage the hotel and home stuff from here. It's a bit cramped in the office because of all the files we have to keep for the different properties. We've got a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just us working at the desks. The walk from the station isn't too bad, though the crowds can be a bit much during peak hours. We deal with guests and maintenance issues all day long. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some lunch. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a handful of us trying to make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are sorted. Dealing with property in Thane means there's always something to fix or a bill to pay. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a little messy on a busy Monday. It’s just how it is when you’re running a small operation in a place like Ram Nagar. We know most of the shopkeepers around here. It feels like a real community, even if it's noisy. We just keep the doors open and handle what comes our way.
