Ismart Panache Inc.

We are based out of room 502 in the Devgiri building, which is part of Cosmos Hills on Pokhran Road No. 1. It’s up in Maziwade, Thane. Ismart Panache Inc. sounds a bit fancy, but we’re really just a practical bunch of people working from a quiet spot. Being on the fifth floor gives us a decent view, though we’re usually too busy looking at screens to notice. We handle various business tasks and try to stay organized, even when things get chaotic. Thane is growing so fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the pace. Our office isn't decorated by a professional; it’s just got the stuff we need to work. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't believe in those long, boring meetings that go nowhere. We’d rather just talk it out and get back to the task. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if the weather is nice. It’s a human way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just provide what we can from our little corner of Maziwade. It’s a steady life, and we’re happy to be doing it here. We don't use many complicated tools, just whatever helps us finish the job at hand.
