Operating out of Bhiwandi in the Thane district, we spend most of our time trying to connect people with work. This area, with the 421302 pin code, is pretty well known for its warehouses and industries, so there is always something going on nearby. Interface Recruitment Services isn't a giant agency with branches everywhere. We’re just a local outfit that knows the area and knows the people who live here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes that people drop off or send over. It can get a bit repetitive, and sometimes the office gets a little cramped when we have a lot of candidates coming in for interviews. We don’t use any fancy software to pick names; we actually look at what people have done and where they might fit in. Sometimes it’s hard when there aren’t enough jobs to go around, or when a position isn’t quite right for someone, but we keep at it. The humidity in Bhiwandi can be tough in the summer, and the rains are even worse, making the floors a bit muddy, but the office stays busy regardless. We don't try to polish things up or act like we have all the answers. We just try to be a bridge between a company that needs a worker and a person who needs a paycheck. It’s basic, necessary work that keeps our little part of Thane moving forward. We just do our best to help folks find a steady job.
