We are based out of Mira Road-East, specifically in the Huda Apartments. If you know the area, it's right near Mira Enclave. We are in apartment 404. Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. It's a bit of a walk up if you aren't used to it, being behind the Arina Complex in Naya Nagar. Most days it’s just the sound of phones and people talking about jobs. We aren't a massive agency with a lobby and a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of an office where we sit around desks and try to find people work. Mumbai is a busy place, and Mira Road is no different. Finding the building can be tricky the first time because of the small lanes. We’ve been at this for a bit. It’s mostly just coordinating between companies and people looking for a start. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with resumes and files. We try to stay on top of things, but it gets hectic. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a bit of a trek. We like being in Naya Nagar though. It feels like a real neighborhood. We just do our thing here every day from the fourth floor. It's simple work but it keeps us busy. That’s pretty much us, just a regular local recruitment spot.
