Our office is in Harasiddh Park, specifically B2/502, over on Pokhran Road Number 2 in Thane West. It is a busy part of the city, and being in Pawar Nagar means we see a lot of people coming and going. We work in credit services, which basically means we spend our whole day looking at loan applications and credit reports. There is a lot of paperwork involved, and our filing cabinets are always pretty full. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the space, and everyone is usually busy on the phone or typing away. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it is important for the people who are trying to get their finances in order. We deal with a lot of numbers and documents every single day. The commute to Thane West can be tough, so most of us are pretty tired by the time we get in, but we start the day with some tea and get to it. We don't use any flashy marketing talk here; we just process the files and check the backgrounds like we are supposed to. Sometimes we have to give people bad news about their credit, which isn't fun, but it is part of the job. The office has a very regular, working-class feel to it. We are just a team of people doing our best to keep up with all the requests that come in through the door.
