Hotel Twin Plaza Private Limited

Our place is at Flat No. B 601 in the Green Palm building, which is part of Sector-15 in Ghansoli. If you have ever driven down Palm Beach Road, you know it is one of the nicer stretches in Navi Mumbai. It is a long, wide road that feels a bit different from the crowded parts of Thane. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly other buildings and the street below. We are based out of a residential flat, so it does not feel like a cold office at all. It feels more like a home where we happen to run a business. There are always people coming and going in the lobby of Green Palm. The elevators are sometimes slow during the morning rush when everyone is heading out. We handle the affairs for Hotel Twin Plaza from here. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on things. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main markets, which we appreciate. Sometimes the sea breeze comes in from the coast, which makes the afternoons better. We have some files stacked up and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is just a practical space for us to manage things. We have been in this part of Ghansoli for a bit now and have seen the area grow.
