Hotel Highland Residency

If you look across from the clock tower at Chintamani Circle, you’ll see Hotel Highland Residency. We are right there at Jamboli Naka, close to Talao Pali in Thane West. It’s a busy corner of town, especially with the lake nearby. We’ve been running this place for a while, and it keeps us on our feet. There’s always someone checking in or out, and laundry is a never-ending job. It isn't a five-star place with gold curtains, but we keep things clean and tidy. The noise from the street can be a lot sometimes, but that’s just life in Thane. Our staff has been here for years, so we all know how the building works. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the lights are working. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like talking to the people who stay with us. Some are traveling for work and others are just visiting family. We don’t do much advertising because people usually find us when they see the sign by the circle. It’s a practical place to stay if you need to be in this part of the city. We don’t have fancy speeches about hospitality. We just give people a key and make sure they have what they need for the night. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who live right here.
