G.S.Manpower

We operate out of Room No.03 in the Ramji Bhaiya Chawl Wadi in Maharashtra. G.S.Manpower is basically a small team that helps supply workers to different sites and factories. It’s a humble spot but it’s where we do all our business. Most of our days are spent talking to laborers and coordinating where they need to go. Being in the 400 601 area means we are right in the thick of the industrial part of town. It’s dusty and noisy outside, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs, just what we need to keep the logs updated. We know the people who live in the chawl and the surrounding areas quite well. When a factory needs ten people for a shift, they call us and we find them. It’s basic work but it’s important for the families around here. We’ve been doing this for years and have built up a lot of trust with the local workers. We don't use computers for everything; a lot of our notes are still in physical ledgers. It’s just how we’ve always done it. If you need to find us, just look for Room 03. We’re usually there from early morning until the last shift is sorted out. There is a tea stall right outside where we take our breaks and discuss the day's requirements. It's a simple, honest way to make a living.
