Green Hill Resort

If you head down the Pelhar Nallasopara Road and turn off at Vanothepada, that is where you will find us. We are situated in a bit of a greener patch away from the main city noise, which is why people usually come out this way. The resort isn't some high-end five-star hotel, it is more of a local spot where families and groups of friends come to eat and spend some time in the water. We have the usual stuff like the pool and the dining area, and things can get pretty hectic on the weekends when the buses arrive. During the week, it is a lot quieter, and we spend most of our time doing maintenance work or fixing things up around the grounds. The road out here to Vanothepada can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially after the heavy rains we get. We mostly just focus on making sure the food is ready on time and the rooms are clean for whoever is staying over. It’s a simple setup, and we don’t try to make it something it isn’t. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood operation. We see a lot of the same people coming back because they like the familiar atmosphere. It’s just a place to sit under the trees and forget about the city for a few hours while the kids splash around.
